 MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE


When I visited Tunja, I explored the Cojines del Zaque. I used to walk around the archaeological site and imagine the ceremonies that once took place there. I also visited nearby colonial churches, which helped me appreciate the blend of indigenous traditions and Spanish heritage.





WHERE TO GO


You must go to the Cojines del Zaque archaeological site.

You can admire the carved stones, and you should visit Plaza de Bolívar nearby. 

You might also stroll through Tunja’s colonial streets to enjoy their historic charm.



WHAT TO DO

You should take a guided tour to learn about Muisca rituals.

You must take photos of the sacred stones. 

You might buy local crafts inspired by indigenous symbols.
